About The Position

Part time hours, full-time pay! While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! At Renewal by Andersen, we’re having trouble keeping up with all the opportunities to generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations. We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and motivated people to generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations. Our goal is to schedule appointments-- the more you set the more money you make! This challenging yet fun position requires the ability to have a conversation with ease, overcome objections and keep a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Dependable and reliable.
• Availability on weekdays and weekends.
• Part-time, flexible hours (4-6 hours per shift).
• Reliable form of transportation (mileage is reimbursed).
• Proficient in using a smartphone and computer.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience.
• Sales or marketing experience.

Responsibilities
