What the job is like: This is a hands-on, active role—you’ll be on your feet, moving around, lifting, organizing, and helping customers throughout your shift. Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly
- Team player who can also work independently
- Comfortable using equipment and handling inventory responsibly
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Standing/walking for extended periods
- Reaching, bending, and lifting (up to 55 lbs)
- Keeping the store clean and well-maintained
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, helping them find what they need
- Operate the register and handle transactions with accuracy
- Sort and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
- Keep racks organized, stocked, and visually appealing
- Support daily production goals and help keep the team on track
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Follow merchandising standards (sizing, color coordination, displays, etc.)
- Pitch in wherever needed—teamwork is key!
