About The Position

Retail Sales Account Representative Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Retail Sales Account Representative for our Sampco division of JBS USA! The Sales Account Executive’s principal areas of focus are to oversee the sales initiatives for retailers on the East Coast of the USA and maintain exemplary customer relationships and profitable sales growth. Our ideal candidate will sit and work in a remote/home office on the East Coast and cover the Eastern territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or related area is
  • 5+ years in the retail sales space within the food industry
  • Experience working with large and national retailers on the East Coast is strongly preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency and availability
  • Values team mindset and collaborative approach to sales/problem solving
  • Passionate about sales and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Available to travel up to 50% of the time to customers, headquarters, etc.
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively grow the Company’s revenue at maximum profitability.
  • Develop merchandising and sales programs to maximize sales volume and profits within the retail sales space.
  • Manage, mentor and motivate broker representatives to maximize sales to all retail accounts in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Actively participate and assume accountability for the sales management of accounts; establish, coordinate, and maintain effective communication between customers and the Company.
  • Interface with the support staff (traffic, documentation, accounting, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned
