Requirements

• 1-3 years of Retail or Footwear experience preferred, but not required.
• May be required to submit relevant state mandated clearances to supervise minors.

Responsibilities

• Provide a differentiated athlete experience specifically to runners.
• Conduct assessment of an athlete's foot movements (i.e. Gait Analysis) and recommend appropriate running products.
• Translate product technology to the athlete's needs and preferences.
• Ensure product recommendations align with the athlete's running goals.
• Recommend runner best practices and suggestions (i.e. warm up and cool down techniques, running improvement plans, running form, stretches, etc.).
• Fully outfit athletes with appropriate footwear and workout accessories.
• Create a tailored consultative experience to provide unparalleled customer service.
• Partner with store teammates to share running concepts and educate others on new product releases.
• Maintain merchandise presentation standards and signage of Footwear Department.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Support the team across the stores as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
