About The Position

As a Retail Route Driver/Merchandiser at Five Star Breaktime Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vending machines and micro-markets are well-stocked with a variety of food and beverages. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while managing your assigned routes, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the quality of products. You will be responsible for loading and delivering products, executing plan-o-grams, and handling minor equipment maintenance, all while adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT medical physical and drug screen.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis.

Responsibilities

• Load and deliver food and beverages to vending machines and micro-markets.
• Maintain and stock vending machines and micro-markets to ensure they are visually appealing and fully stocked.
• Tally cash and coins from transactions and manage inventory effectively.
• Execute plan-o-grams to ensure product placement is optimal.
• Perform minor service and adjustments on equipment as needed.
• Communicate with customers about new products and promotions.
• Set up displays and distribute promotional materials.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues on-site or through communication with supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle.
• Follow all safety regulations and company guidelines.
