Requirements

• 21+ years of age.
• 3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a computer, POS system, and other office equipment.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events.
• Willingness to take constructive criticism and be coached by upper management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs, whether they're seasoned cannabis users or curious newcomers.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of products.
• Handle transactions with precision.
• Promote the perks of being a Jars customer, like the loyalty program.
• Assist with inventory tasks and keep the sales floor organized.
• Interact with customers, upsell products, and ensure every visitor leaves with a smile.
