About The Position

The Wireless Retail Sales Representative at Crown Wireless Corp is responsible for delivering an exceptional sales experience by engaging directly with consumers, promoting mobile devices and services, and providing education on Cricket Wireless products. This role requires a tech-savvy individual who thrives in a busy retail environment and is motivated to achieve sales goals without commission caps.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
• At least one year of experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for interactive technology devices.
• Bilingual; Spanish speaking is a significant advantage.
• Enjoy working in a team environment and engaging with consumers.
• Independent and self-motivated team player.
• Regular physical activity required, such as setting up promotional materials.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a fully functioning smartphone on the first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cricket Wireless plans, phones, and accessories, emphasizing their value.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales goals, including gross and net sales, accessory sales, and retention goals.
• Provide excellent sales and customer service experiences.
• Educate customers on Cricket Wireless products, plans, features, and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers and consumers.
• Participate in outside marketing events.
