About The Position

The Retail Replenishment Manager is responsible for leading and supporting inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance. The role involves planning for and providing a well merchandised and in-stock store for customers to shop, as well as delivering friendly customer service. Major activities include assisting the Store Manager in managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. The manager will also manage and support truck processes, execute the planogram process, and manage shrink and safety programs.

Requirements

  • Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Special certifications or technical skills in retail merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
  • Ensure execution of Company policies and standards.
  • Hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
  • Manage and support the truck processes and lead teams to ensure standards are met.
  • Achieve personal and team KPIs.
  • Manage, execute and support the planogram process (POGs) to standard.
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Maintain seasonal sets and feature space to visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
  • Support Talent Development activities and participate in Performance Management activities.
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
  • Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes.
  • Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
