Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. The role also includes managing truck processes, executing planogram processes, and supporting shrink and safety programs. The individual will serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and assist with the training and development of new team members.
