They act as a key member of a collaborative branch and market team, integrating marketing promotions into customer conversations, ensuring data accuracy, and continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience. The position requires staying current with financial market trends, legal and regulatory environments, and ethical requirements, as well as identifying and reporting suspicious activities. The work schedule may vary, and the role may involve working at multiple branches or through different channels based on market needs.
