The position also supports customer transaction needs, grows BMO's business by generating appointments and building community relationships, and ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and lending policies through accurate data entry and credit recommendations. The banker acts as a key member of a collaborative team, understanding customer banking and credit card needs, integrating marketing promotions, and striving to personalize each customer's experience. They contribute to business results, maintain current knowledge of financial services, and adhere to risk and compliance processes to protect assets and privacy.
