The Retail Relationship Banker works collaboratively within the branch and with BMO partners to achieve business objectives. The position also focuses on growing BMO's business through community outreach and relationship building, addressing issues from consumer credit audits, applying the risk management framework to protect bank assets, and making credit recommendations for personal lending. The banker acts as a key team member, integrates marketing promotions, ensures data accuracy, and contributes to improving the overall customer experience. They are expected to stay current with the financial services marketplace, legal and regulatory environments, and ethical requirements, while also identifying and reporting suspicious activities related to money laundering. The role requires compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards and may involve working at multiple branches with varying schedules.
