About The Position
UT Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Retail Regional Manager to oversee a defined group of branches within our retail network. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and fostering a best-in-class member experience across all assigned locations. The Retail Regional Manager will lead a team of branch managers and support staff, providing day-to-day leadership through active coaching, observation, recognition, and support. They will serve as a key operational and cultural steward-ensuring branches are compliant, well-staffed, engaged with their communities, and aligned with UTFCU's mission of serving all who love Tennessee.
