About The Position
As a Receiving Colleague at Macy's, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of merchandise into our stores. This position, also known as a Back of House Colleague, involves ensuring that products are received, processed, and made available for sale in a timely and efficient manner. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the upkeep of merchandise within the store and maintaining the stockroom. Your contributions will directly impact the shopping experience of our customers by ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized. In this fast-paced environment, flexibility is key. You will be expected to switch between multiple tasks and work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with your team will be essential for success in this role.
