As a Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House Colleague, you'll play a vital role in keeping our store running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll help manage the flow of merchandise in and out of the store, carefully handle inventory, and maintain an organized stockroom. Every task you take on will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your dedication to teamwork will shine as you collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals and foster a positive workplace. Most importantly, you'll make every customer feel welcome by greeting them with a smile and offering your help whenever needed. We're looking for flexible, team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you're someone who can handle multiple tasks and is available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays then come be part of a team that's dedicated to making every customer feel at home. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
