About The Position

Come join the team that is reinventing home! Wayfair is hiring a Retail Receiving Associate for our returns Outlet retail store in Hanover, MD! If you are looking for rapid growth, constant learning and dynamic challenges, Wayfair's Outlet store might be the future home for your career. The base pay for this position is $17.50 per hour. Hours: 20 hours per week. Weekends and dayshift availability is required for this role. Store hours: Monday -Saturday: 10am -8pm, Sunday: 11AM-7PM.

Requirements

• 1+ years of stock receiving required, retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and passion for great customer service.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a best in class customer experience by connecting customers with the world's biggest and best home online assortment.
• Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, signing, and assortment in all departments.
• Support customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging all services including order pick up and incoming inventory.
• Maintain visual standards, replenishment, safety and backroom standards.
• Participate in all operational aspects of the store including processing new products, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions and general upkeep.
• Exemplify a positive and professional attitude with customers and team members.
• Share innovative ideas and solutions to continuously improve team operations.
• Engage in a high energy, focused and dynamic work environment.
• Assist with furniture delivery to customer's vehicles.
