We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of a portfolio of owned and third-party shopping centers. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial property management, and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and ownership.

  • Oversee daily property operations, ensuring the shopping center is well-maintained, clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers for upkeep and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding lease obligations, maintenance issues, and general support.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings with tenants to maintain strong relationships and address concerns.
  • Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including coordination of build-outs and inspections.
  • Prepare and manage the annual property budget and monthly financial reports.
  • Monitor and approve invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and track variances against budget.
  • Oversee rent collection and enforce lease terms as necessary.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to ownership and senior management on property performance, occupancy, maintenance, and capital projects.
  • Maintain accurate and organized property records, lease files, and vendor contracts.
  • Solicit bids and manage contracts for landscaping, security, janitorial, and other third-party services.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in commercial or retail property management.
  • Strong understanding of lease administration, budgeting, and tenant coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms).
  • CPM or RPA designation a plus.
