About The Position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. This part-time opportunity involves working inside national retail home improvement stores, engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. The primary goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors or sell simple HVAC System Tune-Ups for newer systems.

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Available for weekend retail hours (potential holidays)
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Must pass background check

Responsibilities
