About The Position
As the Retail Projects Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the lifecycle of group and local projects. Contributing to the successful deployment of new tools, systems, and processes in all US Hermès retail stores, both in an active and supportive manner. Reporting to the Director, Retail Projects and Processes, this position will facilitate deployment strategies, timeline development, support and follow up for the project roadmap. This role will collaborate with key corporate partners and the Operations network and focus on performance monitoring of newly deployed tools by leveraging KPIs and supporting change management for store users.
