At Jushi Holdings Inc., we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. We identify, evaluate, and acquire U.S.-based cannabis operations within each state to vertically integrate, produce, and distribute medical grade cannabis formulations in the United States offering patients and customers premium, high-grade cannabis and related products. This is your chance to be at the forefront of leading the charge to make Jushi the standard in multi-state cannabis operations. We are seeking a Retail Project Manager to manage projects and process deployment for New Store Openings - from initial scope and needs assessment, to developing a process plan, to changing management protocol. This role is ideal for someone that started on a retail floor and worked their way into retail support or leadership roles. This role is cross-functional across multiple aspects of Jushi - you will interact and collaborate with Construction, Marketing, Retail, HR, IT, Security, and Finance, working to create workflows to align moving parts across the company - to open retail dispensaries around the country. Curiosity is a plus, and this role requires project management software experience, with a knack for promoting the adoption of innovative process ideas.
