About The Position

The Retail Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of retail projects within the region surrounding Michigan. This role requires managing your team of Fixture builders and Merchandisers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Retail Project Lead will act as the primary liaison between the PM, the customer and our team members to facilitate clear communication and effective collaboration.  Our Culture:  We are looking for ideal team players.  People who are Hungry, Humble and Smart. Hungry people are always looking for more.  More to do, more to learn, more responsibility to take on.  They never want to be perceived as a slacker.  Humble people lack excessive ego or concerns about status; they are quick to celebrate other’s success and want their team to succeed.   Smart is not about intellect, but it is about common sense towards people.  It has everything to do with the ability to be interpersonally appropriate and aware.  Smart people ask good questions, listen, and are engaged.  Do you have all three of these qualities?  If so, we want to talk to you!
