About The Position

Key Responsibilities Maintain and update all active projects to ensure accuracy and visibility Coordinate and schedule property inspections Conduct daily walks of retail lots and model homes to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and readiness Partner with Sales to communicate deal status, timelines, and potential risks Follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure work is progressing as scheduled Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to prevent project delays Provide detailed status updates on all homes within the pipeline Manage and track County and City permit processes Ensure all retail customers receive clear and accurate installation timelines (set, trim, completion) Review and resolve outstanding factory service orders Conduct audits of lot conditions, including models, signage, and landscaping Partner with the General Manager to align on priorities, escalations, and high-risk projects Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) On-time completion of home installations Reduction and timely closure of punch list items Customer satisfaction throughout the installation process Maintenance of clean, show-ready retail lots and model homes Vendor performance, accountability, and adherence to timelines Cycle time from sale to move-in ready completion Core Expectations (Non-Negotiables) Maintain clean, organized, and show-ready models and Sales Center at all times Ensure consistent, proactive communication with customers and Sales teams Meet all project timelines or escalate risks with solutions in advance Hold vendors accountable for performance and quality standards
