About The Position

The Retail Processor position involves great customer service skills and primary duties include receiving, recording, and sorting donations to effectively process through the Kaizen system. The role requires full compliance with Kaizen guidelines/principles as outlined in the audit and 5-minute drills. Employees are expected to meet or exceed set production goals, with a specific focus on process improvement and increased productivity. The position also involves assisting in all areas of the production process and cross-training to cover other specified job descriptions as needed. Other duties include being a donation attendant, merchandising, cleaning, and other tasks as instructed by immediate supervisors.
