About The Position

Mission Contribution: Providing funding for our mission services operation. Function: Processes donated goods as instructed by supervisor in a warehouse work environment. Essential Functions: Ensures World Class donor and customer service. Processes donated/used goods according to supervisor’s instructions. Hangs and sorts clothing and other items as instructed. Keep processing area, aisles and shelves clean, orderly, and clear of hazards. Ensures a clean and empty work station at the end of each shift Discards broken or unusable items as instructed by supervisor. Maints adherence to all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to interact cordially and productively with a variety of people.
• Must be able to market Goodwill and explain the mission to the general public.
• Must be able to take initiative and work well with little supervision.
• Ability to function in a hectic work environment with occasional periods of high stress.
• Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
• Must establish and maintain an effective working relationship with supervisor and co-workers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
