As a Process Improvement Manager at VF, you will spend time project managing, leading in-person and virtual teams, and supervising field studies to improve store efficiencies by analyzing and standardizing processes and best practices, particularly around operational activities. The Process Improvement Manager will collaborate with store teams and field leaders to refine processes, and partner cross-functionally to align practices in supporting departments including supply chain, allocations, digital technologies, and learning & development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in process improvement, project management, and retail operations. This role will support Vans, The North Face and Timberland.
