The Retail Print Solutions Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and tailored print solutions to meet customers' project needs. This position involves capturing project information, following production processes, and utilizing digital copy and print equipment to produce high-quality, professionally finished products. The associate will work collaboratively in a team-oriented retail environment, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs.
• Able to work with many customers to provide a total solution.
• Attention to detail and keen eye to notice quality issues throughout the production process.
• Ability to lift and move supplies in the 10-50 pound range, stand and walk continuously.

Responsibilities

• Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand customers' copy & print marketing needs to offer a total print solution.
• Drive customer satisfaction throughout the order process by producing quality print orders using production processes and print equipment.
• Help customers with tasks in the self-serve area, utilizing the copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads.
• Assist customers with their shipping needs, order pickup and other responsibilities as assigned.
