About The Position

As a Print Specialist at Staples, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and solutions to meet our customers' print needs. You will be responsible for producing professionally finished products using print and production equipment, with training provided to ensure you are well-equipped to handle the tasks at hand. Your primary focus will be on helping customers navigate their printing projects, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions tailored to their needs. In this role, you will greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department, responding quickly and attentively to their inquiries. You will ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand their copy and print marketing needs. Utilizing order intake tools, you will capture project information and offer appropriate total print solutions. Additionally, you will assist customers in the self-service area, guiding them in using copy machines and PC rentals. Your ability to ask qualifying questions during consultations will help generate potential leads, and you will also assist customers with their shipping needs. Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned is essential to meet the dynamic needs of the store.
