Requirements

Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cameras, iPad, point-of-sale systems, and basic PC knowledge
Professional customer satisfaction-oriented while maintaining an energetic and positive attitude
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
Excellent communication with strong math and time management skills
Open to being cross-trained, either as a Cashier or Photographer
Flexible schedule/open availability especially over the weekends
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Exceptional customer service while greeting all guests with a smile
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Operate a camera and take photos of guests at the entertainment venue, ensuring good lighting and angles/positions to encourage guests to purchase photos
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and report any issues with equipment in a timely manner
Operate a point of sale while maintaining adequate change denominations, reconcile cash drawers, sales receipts, and returns
Cross-selling and upselling products with the ability to remain team orientated and meet sales goals
Staying up to date on promotions and product information
