The Hematology/Oncology Infusion Pharmacist is based out of the Maple Grove Cancer Center and is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within a complex infusion pharmacy setting, with a focus on oncology and specialty infusion therapies. This role collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based medication use, supporting patient outcomes through medication therapy management, safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance. This pharmacist serves as a clinical resource for patients, providers, pharmacy staff, and learners, while actively contributing to process improvement, formulary management, and departmental quality initiatives. The Clinical Pharmacist also participates in education and training for students, residents, and interdisciplinary care team members.
