Requirements

• Pharmacist Degree (PharmD or BS Pharm)
• Active Indiana Pharmacist license (in good standing)
• 5+ years retail pharmacy experience

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Hospital or healthcare pharmacy experience
• Experience with pharmacy systems (QS1, Cerner)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail pharmacy operations
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians
• Ensure safe, accurate outpatient medication dispensing
• Maintain regulatory compliance and controlled substance oversight
• Provide patient counseling and medication education
• Optimize pharmacy workflows and technology systems
• Partner with hospital leadership on quality and safety initiatives
