About The Position
The Retail Pharmacist I Float is responsible for managing retail pharmacy operations in the absence of the Retail Pharmacy Manager. This includes achieving customer service and clinical initiative objectives, financial objectives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires adherence to professional practices and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic (KSC) and Kelsey Pharmacy policies and procedures, as well as managing all assigned personnel, including students. The pharmacist will perform all duties of a registered pharmacist, including accurate dispensing and counseling of prescriptions to customers.
