Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines and complete freight processes.
Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and set up according to guidelines.
Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily.
Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through provided sales and service tools, completing required training.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, supporting loss prevention efforts.

High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
No previous experience required.
Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for job-related tasks.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to establish selling relationships with clients and associates.
Ability to read, count, and write to complete documentation and process inventory.
