About The Position

The Retail Sales Advisor at Savage X Fenty is responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience in the retail environment. This role focuses on creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers while promoting body positivity and product knowledge. The advisor will engage with a diverse customer base and collaborate with the store team to achieve performance targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in lingerie and intimates.
  • Positive approach to ambiguity and challenges with a growth mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy or strong comfort with technology as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Flexibility with work schedule based on business needs.
  • Self-directed and motivated to take ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team selling environment.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate the service experience by embodying brand values and ethos.
  • Actively engage guests and VIP members with a focus on body positivity and product knowledge.
  • Stay informed about the XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with Store Leaders and Sales Team to achieve store performance targets.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to enhance the customer journey.
  • Provide feedback to the store leadership team to improve customer and team experiences.
  • Support inventory controls by accurately receiving and transferring products, joining inventory counts, and maintaining an organized back of house.
  • Continuously improve customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
  • Meet and exceed individual performance goals.
