What you’ll achieve As a Retail Paid Search & Programmatic Associate (i6), you will support the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns. You will work closely with the Retail Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns meet objectives and deliver valuable insights through data analysis. You will: Build & optimize paid search campaign, while budgeting/phasing spends to achieve KPIs & maximize efficiency Partner with the Retail Marketing & Sales team, to shape campaign strategies to ensure flawless executions Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvements Report out on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement on future campaigns Assist in the overall execution of paid search strategies Support the Retail Programmatic teams Build and launch campaigns in the DSP (targeting, budgets, creatives) Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in retail search engine marketing (minimum 4–5 years), with expertise in platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Skai, PBI & Reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate effectively across global teams
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns with complex objectives
  • Strong proficiency in Retail Media Networks, and other search platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in performance tracking
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
