Requirements

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comfort in engaging with and speaking to customers
• Ability to lift and move supplies up to 75 pounds, stand and walk continuously

Responsibilities

• Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
• Process accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
• Understand and utilize basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
• Perform front end responsibilities such as cashier, returns, and reserve online pick up in store with no impact to the customer experience
• Able to multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (i.e., operational tasks)
