About The Position

The Pharmacist in Charge effectively directs and supervises the activities of all pharmacy associates while providing high quality, patient-centered pharmacy services. The Pharmacist in Charge creates outstanding patient experience through exceptional service and patient care by establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our patients to return. The Pharmacist in Charge achieves sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitors and controls all established quality assurance standards. Requirements

  • Minimum Required Experience: 1 year retail pharmacy experience
  • Minimum Required Education: Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD or RPh
  • Minimum Required Licenses: Current Kansas Pharmacist License in good standing
  • Minimum Required: Immunization Certified, CPR certification

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Experience: 2+ year experience including 1+ year management experience
  • Preferred Education: Doctor of Pharmacy
  • Preferred Licenses: Kansas
