Retail Outlet Store Sales Associate (Full-time or Part-time)
About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at our women's clothing boutique that shares space with a distribution center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and an eye for style, providing exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting the perfect outfits, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and staying up to date with the latest fashion trends. Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Driven, goal-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and quickly learn new procedures
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Passion for fashion
- Flexibility to work within specific store hours: Wednesday â Sunday from 10am - 7pm
- Standing for long periods of time, heavy customer contact and lifting up to 25 lbs. Employee could be exposed to extreme temperatures (warehouse can be 35-105 degrees).
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service consistently
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures
- Represent and embody the VICI brand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor at all times
- Ensure the sales floor meets visual standards and is properly stocked and replenished
- Maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks
- Stay engaged and proactive, constantly finding new ways to add value
- Be self-motivated and driven. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
