About The Position
The Retail Operations Workforce Management Analyst at Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company is responsible for supporting and executing scheduling, forecasting, and data analysis related to workforce management. This role ensures that internal Operational Contact Centers and Processing teams meet key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and critical customer requirements within established timeframes and quality measures.
