About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to enhance our operational capabilities through data analysis, compliance monitoring, and cross-department collaboration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong experience with data analysis, including building and interpreting Pivot Tables and charts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and conduct effective research.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree or equivalent, in business, project management, or related field.
  • Experience in a financial institution, preferably in a credit union environment.
  • Background in operations, data analysis, or compliance reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management and process improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, assist in audit preparation and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with key business units including Lending, Compliance, Marketing, and Member Experience to drive process efficiency.
  • Support high-level administrative functions such as project tracking, documentation, and executive reporting.
  • Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills for Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and data visualization.
  • Manage SharePoint sites and assist with information sharing across departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
