About The Position

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of branch management or leadership experience.
  • Experience with branch data reporting and Bank Intelligence systems.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills, with strategic thinking ability.
  • Strong system and process analysis skills, with the ability to recognize process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee workflow within the Retail Operations to ensure accuracy and timely completion of functions.
  • Support the incentive plans tracking and reporting system for the Retail Division, assisting with programming changes and testing.
  • Document and communicate procedure changes to support application and systems updates.
  • Perform internal pipeline audits to ensure accuracy within reporting systems.
  • Administer user metrics to ensure adoption of established systems and processes.
  • Participate in and coordinate projects designed to enhance productivity and implement new software and procedures.
  • Act as a key liaison for employee questions regarding operational needs and system issues.
  • Collaborate with training and branch support departments to develop necessary procedures for new systems and strategies.
  • Maintain overall operational systems and procedures for the department, coordinating with outside departments to solve technical problems.
  • Assist with Audit and Compliance support for the branch network, facilitating communication between teams and leadership.
  • Provide timely and accurate business reporting to the Retail Operations Manager.
