In this role you will create operational plans and programs to prepare our stores to provide best in class customer and team experiences while ensuring operational excellence in Apple Retail Stores. Analyze data and insights to find opportunities, transferring data into actionable program strategies. Establish a Plan of Record for key operational initiatives and serve as a key partner for all major moments in Apple Stores. Ensure project deliverables are on track and systems are setup for flawless execution. Creatively problem solve while weighing implications, tracking critical milestones, and proposing changes. Build contingency plans and know when to escalate. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned readiness plans for all global moments.
