About The Position

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent required; 2 years of college or related technical training preferred.
• 2 years of related retail experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, guide, and mentor store employees.
• Strong customer service, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

• Knowledge of tools and equipment admired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and stocked store.
• Manage a team of Cashiers and Stockers to drive efficiencies in inventory, merchandising, safety, and money handling processes.
• Facilitate the hiring process, training, and performance management for Cashier and Stocking Associates under the Store Manager's guidance.
• Minimize inventory shrinkage and protect the store against theft.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned, responsible for opening and closing the store.
