About The Position

Join Nespresso as a Boutique Operations Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail boutique. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years' experience in retail or customer service industry related profession.
  • Experience in operations or back of house preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and influence people; leadership experience preferred.
  • Process and detail oriented with a systematic approach to work.
  • Analytical problem solver; capable of identifying areas of inefficiency and creating solutions.
  • Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to travel up to 10% for required meetings or trainings.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure adherence to Retail Operations Procedures and Best Practices.
  • Implement safety protocols, manage cash operations, and oversee stock and inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, process shipments, and ensure the proper handling of damaged or defective products.
  • Ensure that all technological systems function correctly by troubleshooting issues and managing IT support tickets.
  • Oversee the racking system and ensure that all equipment is operational.
  • Maintain, teach and train employees on the coffee roaster, engraver, and the To-Go and tasting bar.
  • Manage the fulfillment of customer orders, including same-day delivery and online in-store pickups.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement within operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies by conducting regular audits, inspections, and maintenance checks.
  • Guide, support, and coach the back-of-house team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist the leadership team with various projects and tasks as business needs arise.
