About The Position

TONYMOLY USA is a leading KBeauty brand, located in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Retail Operations Associate to support our retail operations and EDI processes. This role will work closely with the EDI Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day order execution across key retail partners.
Given the volume of orders and current manual processes, this position will play an important role in supporting execution, maintaining accuracy, and helping the team scale operations effectively.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in retail operations, order management, EDI coordination, or ERP-based order entry
• Hands-on experience working within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) required
• Experience with EDI platforms such as TrueCommerce or SPS Commerce preferred
• Basic understanding of retail compliance requirements (ASNs, routing, labeling, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with manual processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactional work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

• Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industries
• Experience working with major retailers (e.g., Ulta, Sephora, Target, Nordstrom, etc.)
• Exposure to 3PL/warehouse operations and logistics

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day EDI order processing across retail accounts (PO intake, acknowledgments, ASN creation, invoicing)
• Manually input and manage orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with incoming EDI and non-EDI orders
• Assist in monitoring EDI transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with retailer requirements
• Help troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors, discrepancies, and chargebacks in partnership with internal teams
• Coordinate with 3PL/warehouse teams to support timely order processing, labeling, and shipment execution
• Support documentation and maintenance of retailer compliance guidelines and routing requirements
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to help resolve order-related issues
• Assist with onboarding new retail accounts, including EDI setup, testing, and go-live support
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in current workflows, particularly across manual order entry and EDI processes
• Support reporting on order status, EDI performance, and operational KPIs
