Join our Stanford Nespresso team in a key leadership role as a Boutique Operations Manager, partnering closely with the Boutique Sales Manager and Boutique Manager to lead the team to excellence. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and safety and compliance standards, with a strong focus on enhancing both the employee and customer experience. A proactive and collaborative leader, you will guide back‑of‑house operations while supporting front‑of‑house execution. You will also spend approximately two days per week on the sales floor, leading with hospitality and service to deliver memorable Nespresso coffee moments to every customer.
