Retail Operations Analyst - Cedar Valley or Des Moines, IA
About The Position
The Retail Operations Specialist will provide ongoing support to all Retail employees to ensure questions are answered for new and existing retail products, services, and systems. Provide a centralized knowledge base to promote consistency and accuracy across the branches. Assists Retail Process and Controls Manager in various research projects to maintain efficiency and consistency across the branches. Perform First Line of Defense reviews within Retail processes. Reviews daily reports as assigned from Bank's core data system. Assists in performing reviews of procedures they are directly involved in. This is an onsite position that may require branch travel.
Requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
