Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Assistant in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales associates, customers, and managers in processing payments and addressing delivery questions.
  • Verify the accuracy of merchandise pricing and delivery fees, including researching inquiries from the corporate office.
  • Review inventory reports daily and confirm pricing overrides.
  • Run weekly reports and order office supplies as needed.
  • Input store staffing schedules and complete attendance tracking.
