Retail Mobile Sales Associate

We’re looking for outgoing, motivated Retail Mobile Sales Associates to join our team. No wireless experience? No problem — we train you from day one . What You’ll Be Doing: As a Mobile Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of 2020 Mobile Corp (Boost Mobile Retailer) in our store — helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories to match their lives. We believe a positive attitude, teamwork, and a little fun make the workday better—for us and for our customers.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience
- Basic experience using computers and mobile phones
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations
- Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, and use of hands/fingers
- Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Ability to perform repetitive motions (including overhead reaching and typing)

- Previous experience in wireless or retail sales (a plus, not required!)
Responsibilities
- Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach
- Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense
- Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones
- Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!)
- Answer store phone calls and customer questions
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Participate in local marketing and special events
- Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business
- Use sales systems and follow company policies
- Collaborate with teammates and managers
- Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed
