About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague - also known as a Front of House Colleague - you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You will be responsible for executing merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhancing the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintaining well-organized and shoppable displays, and ensuring that pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact our customers' experience. You'll be a visible and welcoming presence on the floor, greeting customers with genuine hospitality and offering assistance to ensure they feel seen, supported, and valued. Collaboration is key to this role. You'll work closely with colleagues across departments to meet shared goals, support sales, and contribute to a culture of hospitality, positivity and making every customer feel welcome by greeting them with a smile and offering your help whenever needed.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to learn about products and provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts.
  • Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools.
  • Work seamlessly with colleagues at all levels and across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute merchandise movement and placement strategies.
  • Enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor.
  • Maintain well-organized and shoppable displays.
  • Ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date.
  • Greet customers with genuine hospitality and offer assistance.
  • Support visual merchandising by updating mannequins and resetting floor layouts.
  • Recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and replenish merchandise.
  • Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all they need.
