About The Position

Come and join the URM Stores, Inc. Team as a Full-Time Retail Merchandising Reset Specialist! URM Stores, Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Full-Time Retail Merchandising Reset Specialist to become part of our dynamic and growing team! In this role, you'll support our grocery retail partners by ensuring the accurate placement of new and existing products across store locations. Your main responsibilities will include implementing planograms created by URM, updating shelf layouts, removing discontinued items, and setting new products in their place. This opportunity covers our Missoula, MT region and offers the stability of a Monday through Friday schedule—giving you your weekends free to relax and recharge with friends and family!

Requirements

• Ability to complete Grocery/General Merchandise set work independently without schematics.
• Ability to be flexible and making self-available to respond to changing customer needs to prevent unnecessary delays in service.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with all parties involved with our business.
• Ability to take the initiative on tasks, prioritize multiple competing assignments and proven ability to manage and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a willingness and ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds frequently.
• Frequent travel to include some overnight trips are required!

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of retail grocery or general merchandising experience is preferred—but not required!
• New to the Merchandising field? No worries! We're happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and ready to grow a new career from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Travel to retail member stores throughout your assigned region to maintain store products and execute developed planograms.
• Maintain full distribution of products on assigned accounts.
• Assess and prioritize workloads based on store assignment and client needs.
• Work with item placement already on retail shelves, removing any discontinued items from sets.
• Successfully execute planograms, weekly and monthly sales checklists, and implementation of new items carried by the distribution center.
• Communicate to Team Lead any additional tasks the Store Team requests.
• Responsible for nearly 30 stores!
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
